    • we will notarize standard Articles of incorporation and register your company in Serbian Business Registry.

- You can finish the company formation procedure by issuing a notarized special power of attorney (with or without the apostille depending on the country) so we can carry out all procedures without your presence.

- You only need one director in the company. This can also be a non-residence if the shareholder is a Serbian citizen or has a residency.
Otherwise, the director must be a citizen or residency so that you can easily open a bank account later.
There is also the possibility of establishing a branch in Serbia, where more documents are of course requested and the process can continue to expand until it is approved.
